Arrive in Colombo. Proceed to Kandy enroute visit Pinnawala elephant orphanage – a home to the retired and orphaned Elephants. Arrive Kandy by evening.

Dinner

Visit the sacred Temple of the Tooth Relic, where the holy tooth relic of Lord Buddha is preserved. Visitors can view the sacred relic from the public viewing area. Later visit Royal Botanic Gardens, Peradeniya. Pass by Kandy Lake and the University of Peradeniya campus. Later visit a Gems Museum and enjoy a traditional Sri Lankan dance show in the evening.

Proceed to Nuwara Eliya, en-route visit the Anjaneyar (Hanuman) temple of Ramayana Trail in Ramboda, witness the foot prints of Lord Hanuman, followed by a visit to a Tea factory. Arrive at Nuwara Eliya in the evening.

Proceed to Hakgala. Visit the Sita Amman Temple – According to tradition, the site is associated with Sita of the Ramayana epic. Ancient statues of Rama and Sita can be seen on a side of the temple. Later visit the Hakgala Botanical Gardens known as Ashok Vatika – one of the pleasure gardens of King Ravana. Arrive at Colombo in the evening.

City orientation tour includes 100 years old clock tower, Colonial buildings built by British, Hindu and Buddhist temple and Bandaranaike Memorial International, Parliament House, Police Headquarters, President Palace.
