Craft compelling copies to highlight our tours, services, and unique offerings. Create engaging content for various platforms such as Ads, Magazines, Blogs, Articles, Social Media, Website and other marketing materials. Use you strong writing skills and creativity to attract and inform guests.
Event Management
Oversee the planning, execution and coordination of events, ensuring desired the quality and goal is achieved. This includes corporate events (MICE), Travel Expo's, Carnivals, In-house events and other promotional activities. Handle all the logistics to ensure that every detail aligns with our vision.
Legal
Play a crucial role in safeguarding the company from legal risks, managing intellectual property and ensuring ethical business practices. Ensure that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations, provide legal support in contracts, agreements, and dispute resolution.
Visa
Be responsible for managing the entire visa process for our tours, ensuring a smooth operation for the tour. Provide guidance on the required documents, fill out applications, track applications, and coordinate with Consulates and Embassies to obtain hassle-free visas for all our guests.
Air Ticketing
Book and manage flight arrangements for all our tours. Be responsible for researching feasible flight options, booking tickets, handling cancellations and changes and assisting in any special preferences such as meals, seats and other. Stay updated on policies, promotions and travel restrictions.
Human Resources (HR)
Be responsible for hiring, On-boarding, Training, Performance Management, Benefits administration and compliance to labour laws and policies. Manage all aspects of employee welfare, recruitment and organization's flow of communication while creating a positive work environment.

- Assist the Tour Leader in handling group tours from departure to return
- Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, and local vendors
- Help manage tour schedules and ensure timely movement of the group
- Support travelers with queries, special requests, and on-ground assistance
