You can book your tour at any of our offices or at any local Kesari's Preferred Sales Agents. Refer the list of offices and preferred sales agents. If you are residing out of India you can book your tour online through www.kesari.in.
 At the time of booking: World Tour Registration :
World Tour Registration: There are 3 Easy Steps to register your tour.
I) Read carefully the World Showcase including "Terms and Conditions".
II) Select your tour, fill in the Registration form.
III) Pay the Registration amount.

Passport details, Birth date, Marriage date, Meal preferences, Address, Tel, Mobile, Email, Emergency contact (other than residence), pre/post tour program if any, Insurance, extension of insurance any extras such as additional accommodation, transfers, change of return travel date, etc. Collect the official payment receipt on payment of the Registration amount, which is as follows:
Balance payment will have to be made 30 days before the tour departure. In case airlines or suppliers demand the full amount, you could be requested to pay a certain portion of your payment at the time of booking. If you book the tour within 30 days to departure, the entire tour price has to be paid at the time of booking.
 Passport Requirement :
Bring all the original passports of all family members at the time of booking. Passport must be valid for 180 days from the arrival date of the tour in India and should have sufficient number of blank pages for the required visas. Please keep a photocopy set of your passport with you before submitting the same to Kesari.
 VISA Processing :
The processing time for VISA varies according to the tour you have selected and depends on the number of countries you wish to visit. Some of the consulates are located in New Delhi and require longer processing time. Book early for USA tours, to get appointment dates for personal interviews sufficiently well in advance.
Submit the required Visa documents along with photographs as per the specimen of respective Consulates within the given time period, failing to do so INR 2000 per visa will be applicable as Urgent VISA processing fee. If you book the tour within 30 days prior to departure, urgent Visa processing charges of INR 2000 per visa will be applicable.
 Indian Tour Registration :
There are 3 Easy Steps to register your tour.

III) Pay the Registration amount.
Please fill up your complete details including Name, Completed age (as on departure date), Preferred journey by Rail/Air, Birth date, Marriage date, Meal preferences, Address Tel, Mobile, Email, Emergency contact (other than residence), Pre-post tour program and any extras such as additional accommodation, transfers, change of return travel date etc.
Collect the official payment receipt on payment of the Registration amount which is: INR 10,000/15,000 p.p. for guests travel by Train/Air respectively. For Non-Refundable airline ticket air ticket cost has to be paid fully. If you book the tour within 30 days to departure, the entire tour price has to be paid at the time of booking. For Airport to Airport tours (India), registration amount is INR 25000 per person for Kashmir tours and for other Indian tours INR 20,000 per person.
Balance payment will be paid 30 days before departure. However, in case airlines or any suppliers demand the full amount, we will request you to pay a certain portion of payment at the time of booking.
 After booking procedure :
Documents to be collected from Kesari: An Estimate for your Tour with extras if any. Copy of your tour registration form. An official payment receipt against the Registration amount. Visa forms and a checklist of the required documents for foreign tours.
 Payments :
Payments can be made through local 'Account payee' cheques, Demand Drafts or by Cash. The Cheques/Demand Drafts for INR are to be made in favour of "Kesari Tours Pvt. Ltd." Credit card/Debit card payments will be accepted with service charges
Foreign Exchange payment must be in favour of "Kesari Tours Pvt. Ltd.

Booking from Kesari's Preferred Sales Agent
Guests booking through Kesari Preferred Sales Agents must make the payment by Demand Draft / Cheque payable at the Agents location. Cash is not accepted by Agents.
Please ensure that you collect proper receipt of all payments. Incase the agent acknowledges the payment by his provisional receipt, the booking will be confirmed only when he forwards the same to Kesari. In such cases Kesari will issue their own receipts in your favour.
Booking will be confirmed and processed only after the receipt of the payments.
Guests, who are not able to visit our office, can deposit local clearing cheques at nearby HDFC BANK located across India.

 Balance Payment :
You must make the Balance payment towards the tour price (INR and Forex for World tours) 30 days prior to the tour departure.
 Late Payment :
If we do not receive the entire tour price payable to us 30 days prior to tour departure, we will not be able to process your booking and arrange your visas (in case of World tours). Your registration amount is likely to be forfeited and your booking stands automatically cancelled.
Cheque payments will not be accepted 15 days prior to the tour departure. Any payments made 15 days prior to departure will have to be made by cash / Demand Draft for all tours. For Forex payment only demand draft will be accepted.
One time payment:
To avoid frequent visits, you can pay the balance amount at the time of registration through post-dated cheques. If there is any variation in the final bill, the same will be communicated to you and the payment will have to be made by cheque.

 Booking from Overseas :
Can we join the tour from 'Anywhere in the world'? or Can an NRI or a foreigner join a tour?
Yes, one can join any of our tours. Guests can join the tour from 'Anywhere in the World'. These guests are termed as Joining and Leaving guests, (J&L guests). They can join the tour at the first destination and leave the tour at the last destination.
Joining & Leaving Guests for Indian Tours:
(J&L) Guests must possess Rail/Air tickets for the entire travel including any internal journey as per the tour itinerary. They must make the payment in US$ either at our offices or directly by telegraphic/transfers. Guests will meet the group directly at the reporting place as per the itinerary.

India Tours: NRI guests should pay tour cost defined in USD.
Joining & Leaving Guests for World tours:
These guests must possess air tickets for the entire travel including any internal flights, insurances and visas as per the tour itinerary. They must make the payment in US$/Euro either at our offices / directly by telegraphic transfer.
The cost of air travel including internal flights, airport tax, departure tax, visa, Insurance and airport transfers are not included in the tour price. These guests will meet the group directly at the reporting place as per the itinerary. Insurance is necessary for Europe, Egypt and Dubai tours. Guests are requested to keep proper communication with our team about respective departures. Kesari will not be responsible for any damages due to change in programme due to various reasons.

How do I book my Star Cruise Vacation?
Specify your desired cabin category and submit a set of passport photocopies at the time of booking.
Pay the registration amount as follows:
For Star Cruises only: INR 20000
For a South East Asia Tour + Star Cruise program: INR 25000
As soon as Star Cruises confirms your booking, you must pay the balance amount in full. Your booking will be considered void in case of non payment of further advance within stipulated time. Star Cruise terms and conditions applicable for all Star Cruises bookings, in such case Company will not be responsible for any change in the programme or loss occurred to the guest.
