Job Description
- Should manage and coordinate appointments & meetings.
- Should maintain all key records.
- Prepare various Reports, Presentations, Statistics, Letters required by Director's.
- Documenting minutes of the meetings and forward the same to all concerned.
- Follow up with the department to ensure completion of tasks.
- Should have good interpersonal skills.
